At Kaviraj Technocast, customer satisfaction is our priority. As most of our products are manufactured according to customer specifications, this Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be accepted.
Orders may be cancelled only before manufacturing or production has commenced. Once production begins, cancellation requests may not be accepted because products are custom manufactured.
Since our investment castings and engineering components are manufactured according to customer drawings and specifications, completed or partially manufactured products cannot be cancelled or returned.
Refunds are generally not applicable for custom manufacturing orders. However, refunds may be considered in exceptional situations such as duplicate payments or confirmed orders where production has not yet started.
If products are damaged during transportation, customers should notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs and shipment details for further review.
If an incorrect product is delivered due to our error, customers should immediately inform us. After verification, we will arrange a suitable replacement or appropriate resolution.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period after verification and approval.
